Thursday: Departure from Hyderabad

Friday: Pune → Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary
Route: Pune → Rajgurunagar → Manchar → Ghodegaon → Bhimashankar
08:00 AM: Arrive at Pune Railway Station - Freshen up and have breakfast.
08:30 AM: Board private vehicle towards Bhimashankar (Distance: ~110 km; Travel Time: ~3.5 hrs)

Clothing

- All members should exercise social responsibility during the event and refrain from littering, shouting in wilderness areas, or engaging in any activities that could disrupt the natural ecology. A fine of Rs. 1000 will be charged if found littering.
- Event hosts retain the authority to adjust the itinerary as needed, including the addition or exclusion of members, and modifications to routes, activities, timings, and durations, depending on prevailing circumstances and weather conditions.

For those who join later, if regular tickets are unavailable, Tatkal tickets will be booked a day before departure (subject to availability).

- If we're unable to confirm your ticket, a refund will be processed after deducting standard IRCTC cancellation charges (approx. ₹60–₹120).
