Event Details
Jodeghat is a valley and tribal area in the Komaram Bheem Asifabad district of Telangana, India, primarily known for being the homeland and memorial site of the revolutionary Gond leader Komaram Bheem. It features a memorial, a tribal museum, and is a focal point for the annual anniversary of Bheem's death, attracting tourists and government attention. The area is characterized by its pristine jungles and holds cultural significance for Adivasi communities.
Who Can Join: Open to all. (Participants aged 8 to 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).

Itinerary
Day 1 β Saturday, Aug 1st
π 5:30 AM: Depart from Hyderabad in self-arranged vehicles
π½οΈ En route breakfast (at own cost)
π 12:00 PM: Reach Rompalli village (base)
π§ 12:30 PM: Lunch at the base village
π 1:30 PM: Begin the hike to Gundala Waterfalls
π 4:30 PM: Reach the top and explore the Gundala hilltop village
π Note: Waterfall flow may vary based on recent rainfall.
Evening: Set up tents and campsiteβ Prepare & enjoy a self-cooked dinner
Relax under the stars and camp overnight

Day 2 β Sunday, Aug 2nd
π Wake up and enjoy a peaceful village walk
π 8:00 AM: Breakfast at the campsite
π 9:00 AM: Begin the descent from the hilltop
πΆ After descent, continue a one-hour hike to reach the waterfalls β take a dip or relax by the stream
π 12:00β1:00 PM: Reach base village and have lunch
π Post-lunch: Begin return journey to Hyderabad in personal vehicles
π Departure time is flexible based on individual travel plans

Things to Wear / Carry
Clothing
- Comfortable track pants or trousers. Strictly no jeans or shorts.
- 2 Sets of clothing, preferably long-sleeved.
- Shoes with good sole grip are a must and extra pair of socks. Strictly no sandals or chappals.
- Cap, hat, goggles, and sunscreen.
- Sweater and raincoat as per the weather.
- Do not leave long hair open, especially for rappelling. Hair should not cover your face or eyes.
- No jewelry, including finger rings or earrings.
- Clip finger and toe nails to a comfortable length. Long nails are absolutely not allowed.

- Three liters of water per person - must (20 Liters can in car if possible).
- Government-issued Photo ID, Driving Licences, if Driving
- Plate, spoon, and personal water bottle
- Headlamp or torch with extra batteries
- Minimal snacks, energy drinks (ORS, Electral), and dry fruits for the hike.
- Personal toiletries (towel, tissue, brush, sanitizer, etc.)
- Sleeping bag or blanket.
- Basic medicines and personal medication
- Mosquito repellent (Optional)
- One cover to carry your trash from the venue.

- Strictly no alcohol, intoxicants, strong drinks, or smoking from the start to the end of the event.
