Hampta Pass – My First Himalayan Trek | July 2026 🏔️❤️

Hampta Pass will always hold a special place in my heart because it was my **first Himalayan trek**. It wasn't just about reaching the summit—it was about discovering the strength within myself and meeting people who felt like family.

During the trek, I experienced mountain sickness. There were moments when I genuinely believed I wouldn't be able to make it to the summit. I doubted myself with every step.

But that's when **Madhu Anna**, our trek lead, became much more than a guide. He motivated me like an own brother, believed in me when I couldn't believe in myself, and kept encouraging me to take one more step. A true leader never makes you feel weak for having doubts—they help you overcome them. Without his support, this journey would have been very different.

A special thank you to **Mahitha Akka**, who stood by me when I was sick, made sure I ate, and cared for me like her own sister. I'll never forget that kindness.

What made this trek unforgettable wasn't just the breathtaking landscapes or reaching Hampta Pass—it was the people. Every member of the **Climb On** team was incredibly supportive, positive, and caring. Everyone looked out for one another, and somewhere along the journey, strangers became family. They made the mountains feel like home.

Every day on the trek brought a new challenge. Every climb tested us. Every step was difficult, but every single step was worth it for the view waiting ahead.
